What is the Requisition Portal?
The Requisition Portal is where document lodging parties and preparing parties can upload evidence in response to requisitions. These requisitions are issued by the Registrar of Titles to correct imperfect documents lodged for registration.
The document evidence users upload will then be uploaded into the lodged document case. A Registration Officer will review the evidence to check registration requirements have been met before progressing the document to registration or internal referral.
Payment of regulated requisition fees can also be made online.

Frequently Asked Questions
If a document/case requires correction or additional evidence, the document lodging party will be issued with a requisition under s192 of the Transfer of Land Act 1893 via email. The requisition email will include a URL address which will link to the relevant requisition page once the user logs into MyLandgate.
Users will need a MyLandgate account to log into the Requisition Portal. The steps to create an account are outlined in the Online Services guide.
Feedback can be submitted via TLA.Amendments@landgate.wa.gov.au. The Landgate team encourages users to submit feedback and suggestions and will be used to inform future improvements.
No. Generally when a requisition notice is issued, the notice and the requisition email will contain a URL to access the Requisition Portal.
However, if you receive an email without an URL, this means you will not be able to access the Requisition Portal for the specified requisition. You will instead, need to contact the issuing officer at the contact number or email address included on the requisition. In this instance, correspondence or evidence can be provided by email, post or in person at a Landgate office.
Yes. A lodging party can forward the requisition notice by email to an authorised preparing party to attend to some or all of the requisition items, as appropriate. Please note, a preparing party will need to have an active MyLandgate login to be granted access to the specified requisition space in the Requisition Portal. Yes. Payment of regulated fees can be made in the Requisition Portal on credit card or on a Landgate account. Card details are not provided to or retained by Landgate. Steps to pay fees in the Requisition Portal are outlined in the User Guide.
Lodging and preparing parties can still pay for requisition fees in person at a Landgate office. Please note payments made at a Landgate office will not show on the activity log in the Requisition Portal.
