 New versions of the WA Operating Requirements and WA Participation Rules have taken effectVersion 7 of the WA Operating Requirements and WA Participation Rules came into effect on 28 March 2024. The requirements and rules are available to view on the Landgate website. A reminder to all Subscribers that all new Client Authorisations must be signed using version 7 of the form. Deadline extended - 2023 Strata manager Annual ReturnsAnnual Returns will remain open until 5pm Monday April 8 2024. This extension presents a valuable opportunity for you to contribute insights and opinions, shaping future policies that will guide the Strata Industry.
