2021 Strata Manager Annual Returns

Changes to WA's strata laws in 2020 introduced a requirement for strata managers to complete an annual periodic return containing key information on their strata management businesses. The data collected through these returns will provide vital information about the size of the strata management industry in WA and will help guide government policy on strata management and managers.

Landgate has now completed an analysis of the information provided in the 2021 strata manager periodic returns. The following presentation provides an overview and analysis of the aggregated information provided by strata managers.
