Regional GRV Statistics
In regional areas of Western Australia (WA), Gross Rental Value (GRV) general valuations are conducted once every three to five years. During 2018/2019, general valuations were conducted in 33 regional Local Governments, all of which have a 'Date of Valuation' of 1 August 2018.
A breakdown of overall percentage changes in value and an average percentage change for each property classification is shown in Table 1.
