Landgate’s Bunbury document lodgement service has closed
The document lodgement, document collection, advice and title search services at Landgate’s Bunbury office closed on 29 April 2016.
Customers who wish to lodge documents with Landgate can:

- lodge via an appointed agent in Perth
- lodge directly at Landgate’s Perth or Midland offices
- lodge electronically via Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA).
To assist customers with this closure, Landgate is temporarily providing customers who visit the Bunbury office with a direct link to the customer call centre at Midland via a self-service area. The self-service area includes product information brochures, a dedicated phone and two computers with print/scan functionality.
Advice of these service changes was provided in two Landgate Customer Information Bulletins; 275 dated 10 March and 279 dated 29 April.
