Shared Location Information Platform (SLIP)

SLIP, Western Australia’s spatial data sharing platform, is delivered by Landgate on behalf of the WA government and is a key mechanism in supporting the state’s Open Data Policy. It enables users to access more than 800 location information datasets. Visit data.wa.gov.au to discover more about the Open Data Policy and explore the catalogue of government data.

Through SLIP you can access WA location information conveniently with web services and maps. Landgate’s SLIP subscription services provide popular location information including imagery, cadastre (land parcel and boundary details), tenure (ownership and certificate of title information), topography, road centreline, property street address and much more.
