A strata scheme is a type of land subdivision that allows one large freehold lot to be divided into many smaller strata titled lots. There are over 325,000 strata properties in WA across residential and commercial strata schemes such as apartments, townhouses and units.
All strata properties registered as strata titles at Landgate are subject to the Strata Titles Act 1985.
