Commissioner and Registrar of Titles Requirements

Section 182A of the Transfer of Land Act 1893 allows the Commissioner and Registrar of Titles to determine Requirements relating to the following:

  • Lodgement of documents
  • Duplicate certificates of title
  • Certifications
  • Endorsements, consents, permissions or approvals
  • Verification of Identity
  • Applications made to the Commissioner.

Exemptions

Transfer of Land Regulation 8 allows the Registrar of Titles to grant exemptions relating to the lodgement of documents electronically.
