Commissioner and Registrar of Titles Requirements
Section 182A of the Transfer of Land Act 1893 allows the Commissioner and Registrar of Titles to determine Requirements relating to the following:
- Lodgement of documents
- Duplicate certificates of title
- Certifications
- Endorsements, consents, permissions or approvals
- Verification of Identity
- Applications made to the Commissioner.
