Requesting new road names

Landgate accepts applications for new names relating to roads, suburbs, administrative boundaries and topographic features. Such applications should be channelled through the relevant local government for their approval in the first instance.

For road name request

Landgate has an online form to enable preliminary screening of proposed road names and submission of new road name requests. Please complete the form and submit the required supporting documentation online. Incomplete applications will not be progressed until all the required information has been submitted. For park/reserve name request
