Capture WA register

The Capture WA register is an online portal supporting the Capture WA program.

Search, submit, manage and track the status of capture requests using the register.

The register is accessible to authenticated users of government agencies per the scope of the program.

Getting started

Step 1: Create your account

Users are authenticated via Google accounts. We recommend using your current work email as the account username.

  • Go to
  • Click on ‘create an account’
  • Under ‘choose your username’ click on ‘I prefer to use my current email address’ and enter your current work email.

Step 2: Register your account

Email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Google account username
  • Agency and section
  • Position
  • Work email (used for all correspondence)
  • Telephone number

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

Step 3: Access the register

The Capture WA register will show a quick start guide on startup.
