Sales Evidence data

Sales Evidence data contains information about the sale of freehold and leasehold properties within Western Australia. The data is captured from Transfer of Land registration documents and merged with attribute data from the valuations process to provide information about sales price and dates, parcel details, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and a range of other building attributes. The sales database stores records dating back to 1988. Sales Evidence data, if purchased in conjunction with Tenure data, can also include attributes from the Tenure record which are; Certificate of Title number and Buyer Seller details.

Pending Sales data

Pending Sales data contains information about the imminent sale of freehold and leasehold properties within Western Australia which is notified prior to settlement and registration of the Transfer of Land documents at Landgate. As part of the preparation to facilitate the transfer of a property, coveyancers notify the relevant agencies of the change of ownership and to determine the current rates and charges that are levied against the property. The pending sales information is merged with building attribute information such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other attribute data captured as part of the land valuation process to form a pending sales record.
