Landlords of commercial or industrial properties can submit details of your property’s rental information using this online form. Alternatively, if you have a rent schedule for your properties, you can upload it on our agent rent schedules page.
Supplying this information to Landgate is a requirement under the Valuation of Land Act 1978 (VLA) and helps us deliver fair and equitable Gross Rental Values (GRVs). Rating authorities, such as local councils and Water Corporation, use the GRV to calculate charges and levies.
The Valuer-General collects this information under sections 11 and 12 of the VLA. In accordance with section 13 of the VLA, confidentiality will be maintained, and your rental information will be kept secure.
