Landgate’s refund conditions will help in determining whether a refund request can be issued.
How to apply for a refund
If your purchase was made directly through the Landgate website, you need to complete a Request for Refund form, which you can submit online.
Please note that Landgate cannot provide refunds for items which have been purchased through a third party, in these instances you will be required to contact them directly regarding the refund request.
Please note that your request will be considered in line with Landgate's refund conditions.
Landgate prides itself on delivering value for its customers through quality products and excellent customer service.
You can expect a refund if:
- We cannot supply a product ordered
- There is a Landgate system error
- It's significantly different from a sample shown
- It's not of an acceptable quality
No change of mind refunds
Please choose carefully as Landgate does not refund because you change your mind.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refund requests will be assessed within 2 days of receipt of your completed Request for Refund form. Successful claims will be paid as soon as possible.
