Tenure subscription service

SLIP Tenure service gives you access to information about the ownership and vesting of freehold and Crown land in Western Australia. Tenure data, sourced from Landgate and updated daily, is gathered from Transfer of Land documents registered as part of the document registration process.

Strata tenure layer provides detailed information relating to building strata lots including addressing and strata lot entitlements.
Land tenure layer provides information relating to land ownership, Certificate of Title(Register), registration documents and other information relating to land parcels.


Please note: For all legal and conveyancing purposes, you should refer to the imaged original documents maintained at Landgate.

Key information and attributes

Land ownership details, certificate of title number, land parcel address, land parcel identifier (lot on survey), area, document number and type, land type (eg reserve, vacant, freehold, leasehold, easement), strata lot details (including ownership), unit area, unit entitlement.

Update cycle: daily

Coverage: whole of state

Data download: yes

Accuracy: This service should not be used for legal purposes. For all legal requirements, please refer to imaged original documents held by Landgate.
