Our board and executives
The Landgate Board is established under the Western Australian Land Information Authority Act 2006. It is accountable to the Minister for Lands for the strategic direction, performance, and effective financial management of Landgate.
Landgate’s Chief Executive, who is an ex-officio member of the Board, is responsible for the day to day administration of the agency and implementing Landgate’s strategic priorities with the support of the Corporate Executive.
Within Landgate, there are also the statutory officers who perform their designated functions - the Commissioner of Titles, Registrar of Titles, Valuer-General and Surveyor-General. These office holders are accountable to the Chief Executive for the execution of their administrative responsibilities, but exercise independence in the performance of their statutory duties.
