The 43rd International Registrars of Title Conference is an invitation-only annual industry event for land registry businesses.

Landgate is also hosting the annual conferences for the Australasian Council of Valuers-General (ACOVG), the Intergovernmental Committee on Surveying and Mapping (ICSM), the Public Sector Mapping Agencies Australia (PSMA) and the Australia and New Zealand Land Information Council (ANZLIC) concurrent with the 43rd International Registrars of Title Conference.

The 43rd International Registrars of Title Conference includes one plenary morning session, combined with delegates from these other conferences, devoted to the topic of Digital Disruption.


The fee to attend the 43rd International Registrars of Title Conference is AU$410.60 per delegate including GST, a booking fee and transaction fees.

Your registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and functions, including transfers, as outlined in the conference program.

Terms and conditions

All requests for cancellations or substitutions in regard to conference registration must be submitted in writing to events@landgate.wa.gov.au. Cancellations are allowed if requests are received on or before 30 September 2016.

Requests for cancellations received after 30 September 2016 will not be honoured, and in such cases no refund can be made from the original registration fee, nor is any refund allowed for no-shows.

Should you be unable to attend, however, a substitution may be made to transfer your fully paid registration to another member of your organisation.

By the act of registering and attending the 43rd International Registrars of Title Conference, you agree that the organiser shall acquire the right to use your name, photograph, video recording and/or audio recording in reporting on the conference in their publications or website, in publicity for future conferences, or in other reasonable manners for the benefit of stakeholders.

International delegates

All international visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. New Zealand and Norfolk Island passport holders do not usually need to lodge a visa application prior to their departure unless they have health and/or character concerns.

It is your responsibility to apply for the appropriate visa as early as possible.

The conference has been registered with the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection and delegate lists are provided to the agency to support your visa application.

Transfers as outlined in the program are included in your registration fee.

Buses will depart from and return to the official conference venue, the Hyatt Regency Perth, 99 Adelaide Terrace, Perth WA 6000, at times outlined in the program.
