Our Workforce and Diversity Plan 2022-25 enables us to address attraction, retention and workforce development objectives that are linked to service outcomes and government and business priorities.
Workforce planning is the process of analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps and determining strategies to ensure that an organisation has the right people and skills in place.
